Privacy
What is kept, who sees it, and how to make it go away — in plain words.
What is kept
- What you write when you apply: your name, how to reach you, your neighbourhood if you give it, and what you tell us about yourself.
- Notes Andrew makes during your phone call.
- If you join: your card, the meetups you post, and your “might come” marks.
- When you last visited. Only Andrew sees it, so a quiet room can be told apart from a broken one.
- Anything you send through a “something's wrong” link.
What is not kept
- No diagnosis and no medical details, beyond whatever you choose to write.
- No record of what you read or whose card you looked at. No analytics, no tracking, and nothing from other companies on these pages.
- No emails or text messages are ever sent from here.
Why
So members can find each other, and so Andrew can keep the room safe. None of it is used for anything else. Applying means you're happy for it to be kept as this page describes.
Who sees what
- What you wrote when you applied, and the call notes: only Andrew. Never other members.
- Your card: other members — your name and your few words, and only the details you switch on.
- Nothing about any member is visible to anyone who isn't one.
Leaving
One button on your card. It deletes everything about you — your card, the meetups you posted, your “might come” marks, your calendar link, what you wrote when you applied, and the notes from your call — immediately. There is no waiting period.
If you apply and it doesn't go ahead, what you wrote is deleted after 30 days.
Seeing what is held about you
Your card shows everything other members can see about you, and you can change it there. For what you wrote when you applied, or the notes from your call, ask Andrew.
Keeping it safe
Passphrases are stored scrambled, so nobody can read them back — not even Andrew. The site runs on its own server that does nothing else, backups are encrypted, and the part Andrew uses can't be reached from the internet at all.
Questions about any of this: ask Andrew.
This preview and its feedback box
Everything above describes the real site. This preview is a set of plain pages hosted by Cloudflare; the real site will run on its own server.
The preview keeps only what you send through the feedback box: the page you were on, what you wrote, a way to reach you if you chose to leave one, and the time, to the minute. It is kept so Andrew can learn what to change before the real site is built.
Nothing we control keeps your IP address or details about your browser, the preview sets no cookies, and there is no tracking or analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts the preview, sees the traffic the way any web host does.
Only Andrew reads what you send. Everything is deleted when the preview closes, and no later than 31 December 2026.
Want something you wrote removed sooner? Say so in the box — roughly when, and on which page — and Andrew will delete it.
